Kenneth Jay Lane Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

I. Overview

The Kenneth Jay Lane Rewards Program (the “Program”) is a loyalty reward program offered by Kenneth Jay Lane (the “Company”, “us”, “our” or “we”) to certain customers of the Company. The Program is accessible through https://www.kennethjaylane.com (the “Program Website”) and any other related sites and applications referred to on the Program Website (the “Explainer Page”).

The Program allows persons who have completed the membership enrolment steps (each, a “Program Member” or “Member”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to collect points when making purchases of items and performing online activities identified from time to time by the Company (“Eligible Purchases”), and to redeem those points for rewards, benefits and/or rebates offered by the Company from time to time.

Members acquire no vested or accrued right or entitlement to the continued availability of any particular reward, benefit, redemption or membership level. Kenneth Jay Lane reserves the right to revoke, terminate, suspend or modify the Program and any and all rewards, benefits, points, redemptions or levels related thereto in its sole discretion with no prior notice.

II. Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms & Conditions”, and together with any terms set forth on the Program Website, the Explainer Page and any other terms accessible through any of the foregoing, collectively the “Program Terms”) govern the Program. The Company in its sole discretion can restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program Terms at any time and without prior notice.

If the Program Terms have been updated, the Company will post the new Program Terms on the Program Website and note the date that they were last updated, and no change will be effective until such change has been posted for at least ten (10) days. We encourage Members to review the Program Terms each time they use the Program.

III. Membership

a. Free Membership

No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the Program, but you must establish an account on the Program Website. Please see our privacy policy to understand how information you provide will be used. This Program is void where prohibited.

b. Eligibility

In order to be eligible for the Program, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

c. Account Security

In order to enroll in the Program, you will have to register and create an account with us and provide one or more names, email addresses, login usernames and passwords (together, “ID”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID. You agree not to use the ID of any third party or disclose your ID to any third party.

You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

We are not liable for unauthorized access not caused by the Company. You may only have one account per individual. Duplicate accounts will be removed and points forfeited.

d. How to Enroll

Visit  https://www.kennethjaylane.com/pages/rewards and become a registered user by selecting “Join Now.” If you already have an account, you can activate your membership through your user dashboard.

You will be asked for your name, email, and password. Signing up may subscribe you to marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time. You will receive a confirmation email once enrolled.

e. How to Access or Change Member Information

Log into your account through the site navigation using your email and password. From your dashboard, you can update your profile, review orders, and manage your account.

f. How to Cancel Membership

You may cancel your account at any time by emailing customerservice@kennethjaylane.com with “cancel membership” in the subject line.

Upon cancellation, all unused points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

g. Suspension Rights

If a Member abuses the Program or violates these Terms, the Company may suspend or terminate the account, revoke points, or remove membership without notice.

Points will not be awarded for purchases intended for resale or commercial use. Any abuse of promotions may result in forfeited points or account closure.

IV. Earning Points

a. General

Points can be earned on purchases made through https://www.kennethjaylane.com, provided the Member is logged in.

New Members may claim points for purchases made up to 1 month prior to joining.

b. Earning Rate

Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are calculated on the subtotal after discounts and rounded down.

c. Ways to Earn Points

One-time actions:

  • Joining the Program
  • Creating an account
  • Celebrating a birthday

Ongoing actions:

  • Making purchases
  • Referring friends (must use referral link and complete purchase)

Additional bonus promotions may be offered from time to time.

d. Exclusions

Points are not earned on shipping, discounts, returns, or third-party purchases outside the official website.

Employees of Kenneth Jay Lane are not eligible to participate.

e. Returns and Cancellations

Returned or canceled orders will result in the removal of earned points. Points used on returned orders will be restored.

f. Bonus Promotions

The Company may offer bonus point promotions at its discretion.

g. Limitations

Points are only earned on the portion paid after rewards are applied.

h. Points Value

Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed within the Program.

i. Transferability

Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

V. Redeeming Points

a. How to Use Points

Points may be used on eligible items listed in the rewards program and only on the official website or approved partner sites.

b. Redemption Process

Log into your account, select “Redeem Points,” and apply your reward code at checkout. Only one code may be used per order.

Points cannot be used for shipping costs.

c. Exclusions

  • One account per person
  • One discount per order
  • Points cannot be combined across accounts
  • Points cannot be applied retroactively

d. Expiration

Points do not expire.

  • Sign-up points are added instantly
  • Order points are added when orders ship
  • Membership points are added upon first login after joining

VI. General

a. Waiver

The Company is not responsible for errors or omissions. Any waiver applies only to the specific instance.

b. Taxes

Members are responsible for any tax obligations related to rewards.

c. Partner Reward Exception

If a partner cannot fulfill rewards, the Company will determine how points are handled.
